We are Kitija and Edgars - certified sauna enthusiasts with our heart and soul in the sauna.
Our journey began at the "Sauna School", where we learned the basics, and it continues today - Edgars is learning in-depth sauna knowledge at the "Lielvārde Water School", and Kitija is learning therapeutic massage to take even more care of your well-being.

We believe that a sauna is more than just a cleansing of the body - it is a place to regain balance, peace and strength. Each sauna ritual is created individually - with care and listening to your needs.

We use our own harvested plants in the sauna and various brooms for the hay, honoring nature and Latvian traditions.
